Bangalore Fashion Week is Asia’s biggest trade fair for jewellery, fashion and accessories and offers an independent appreciation of all products. From diamonds to fur coats to expensive watches and designer eye wear. This fair is open to trade visitors and offers buyers the opportunity to buy at wholesale prices and establish new business contacts.
The fashion week has been adapted to showcase Indian fashion industry to the fashion world globally. Its 19th edition took place on 4th and 5th August at Oterra hotel Bangalore.One of the premier events showcased the chic elegance and style, wild eclectic tastes of some of the leading and budding designers.
This two-day fashion extravaganza was a blend of diversity, creativity in the form of the finest Bridal Collection. Trendsetters, Fashion Bloggers, Industry specialist and followers were a part of this glamorous event. Top most designers from India and abroad, the most sought after celebrities and the glamorous models participated and endorsed on this reputed international platform. The finale collection by Samant Chauhan was an ode to the absence of color, of re imagining a world with flashes of color in memory. It seemed like an attempt to look beyond the rainbow and to gaze deep into the black hole. And most of all, it was an absolute homage to absence, which endured despite love and other fleeting happiness.
